10 Video Game Bosses Beaten With Literally Zero Effort

2. Songbird - Bioshock Infinite

Let's be really, painfully honest for a minute here: we all wanted to fight Songbird. Sure, what you find out about the creature later on in the game sort of puts you off wanting to murder it a bit, but every time you have to flee the hulking metal sparrow, part of you craves a battle with it.

Tragically, said battle doesn't happen, as your "fight" with Songbird can barely be considered one. Because you don't really do much - you just tell Elizabeth to get to it, and then she teleports the three of you to Rapture, only with the poor bird outside at the bottom of the ocean.

Unsurprisingly, this doesn't seem to agree with a creature that is supposed to breathe air, and we watch as the unfortunate being succumbs to the water pressure and dies then and there.

In a way, as much as you want a fun boss battle with the poor thing, this is a much more suitable death - as the Songbird was never your enemy, and deserved a whole lot better than they got.
