10 Video Game Bosses That Are Almost IMPOSSIBLE To Beat

2. Mike Tyson - Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!!

Dark Souls 2
Nintendo

Saying Mike Tyson from Punch-Out!!! is overpowered doesn't do it justice. Without exaggerating, defeating Mike Tyson in Punch-Out is harder than beating the ACTUAL Mike Tyson.

If the Heavyweight Champion uppercuts Little Mac in the first round, your next stop is the canvas. Even though Iron Mike's uppercuts get weaker in the following rounds, they come faster and more sporadically through the brawl. Although there's a pattern to Tyson's moves, they're not set in stone, meaning you have to rely on timing rather than memorisation.

Because Tyson barely telegraphs his attacks, you need to the reflexes of the Flash, Superman, and Neo to survive in the ring with the champ.

The only saving grace this fight has is the ability to knock Tyson down instantly if you hit him while he's blinking. Too bad you'll be left wide open if you mistime this moment, allowing the boxing legend and Hangover star to pound you into the floor.

Also, if Tyson beats you (which he will), you can't just try again. When you get KOed, you go back to the start. If you want a rematch with Tyson, you'll have to face the previous 13 opponents all over again.
