1. Jill Valentine

Ok, now is this one a long shot from someone trying to will Jill Valentine back into existence? Well, maybe yes. Because in the recent era of Resident Evil games, it doesn’t seem as if there is a spot for her anymore. Capcom is almost doing whatever they possibly can to have Jill be forgotten or just use her as a plot device.

The Resident Evil 3 Remake was certainly a thing that was released by Capcom in the year 2020, but it almost felt as if they were kicking it out the door - just so fans would stop harassing them for it after the phenomenal RE2 Remake.

Forgotten in the sixth major entity as her longtime friend Chris and others save the world in a global effort, Jill just seems to have been sidelined. There wasn’t a whisper of her in RE Village and as that game jumped forward in time, the writing is on the wall for the master of unlocking. Especially as it seems Capcom might be moving the series onto another generation of heroes.

And honestly, that is just a real shame.
