10 Video Game Enemies EVERYONE Hates

Amongst all of the horrible mutant creatures and other enemies almost seeming purpose designed to annoy, there stands a rather normal looking beast, but one that absolutely terrorises any player looking to head out West in Read Dead Redemption; the humble Cougar.

The internet was sent into a meltdown upon the release of this game, and while most of that was due to praising how good the experience was, a tonne of would be cowboys had their spurs spun by this mountain lion and it's ability to absolute embarrass you in combat.

The speed and strength of the cougars attacks coupled with the fact you could be riding along minding you own business and then suddenly be set upon, meant that they became a foe to be rightly feared, and thanks to the random nature of the Red Dead games, almost always meant it would show up at the worst possible time.

Missions were failed, lives lost, and speed runs ruined thanks to this horror, and while I'm against animal violence in all forms, my god I wanted to skin this thing alive by the end of my time with RDR1.
