The very second that Ubisoft let you steal people's identity and take everything in their bank account, most players knew they were about to ruin countless imaginary lives.

It's especially weird because, by all means, both games suggest that you are supposed to be the good guys - and yet, stealing people's entire savings to be a Quadcopter is definitely the kind of thing that even Skeletor would consider a step too far.

Though it fits undeniably well with the fun technological chaos you can cause in this open-sandbox world, it's still a weird one, as most other games would definitely want you to feel guilty for doing something like this - let alone doing it whenever you can to get a little extra cash.

This is at its worst in the second game, as it streamlines this process and makes it so easy that you'll do it a bunch without thinking - and then realise at a certain point in the game you'll have more money than you know what to do with anyways, so you've made all these innocent bystanders starve for literally nothing.
