10 Video Games That Start Hard But Get A Lot Easier Later On
4. Minecraft
When you actually start up a game of Minecraft, it's much more of a survival experience than the fun building block adventure it later becomes. Getting through the first night can prove a real challenge, and the entire world is randomly generated, so you need to hope you get a good spawn and then act fast to start building yourself a shelter.
Minecraft's world is filled with creepy creatures, and it's not surprising that when the game first came out, YouTube was flooded with tutorials and guides to help people get through the first few hours unscathed.
You start off with absolutely nothing and have to use what little time you have before night falls to punch a few trees and build your first house to stay safe, gradually working your way up to crafting tools and discovering more complex blocks. After a while, you can have your own little castle or town to enjoy, as well as being armed with swords and bows, but the early game of Minecraft isn't easy for inexperienced players.
