In the final scene of the game, the player is given the choice of freeing his friends and escaping the island, or killing them and joining Citra in leading her people to glory. If protagonist Jason chooses to join Citra, then they engage in ritualistic intercourse, which takes place entirely in the first-person. It's a surprisingly graphic scene, featuring complete full frontal nudity from Citra. Unfortunately, once the copulation ends, Jason is stabbed in the chest by Citra, and the game ends.
