10. Use N7 Day To Reassure Us Mass Effect Isn't Dead
First thing's first. Right now we've been told Andromeda isn't receiving any story updates, and the world's media has ran with that being the final nail in the game's coffin. Though, realistically, there's still N7 Day in a couple of months, and the same statement that acknowledged Andromeda's crippled state also intoned there'd be an announcement in November.
Granted, it's not going to be anything close to, "And we're going ahead with Mass Effect 5 anyway!", but as long as Mass Effect gets treated with the reverence it deserves, we'll be happy. Announce some new novels, comics, merch - maybe even the long-awaited remaster of the original trilogy?
I mean, look, freakin Sonic stayed alive long enough to see Sonic Mania deliver the finest instalment in his entire canon, so it's not like beloved properties ever truly disappear.
Mass Effect is one of those franchises with an almost immortal cultural pull - people will always check out the latest updates and headlines surrounding its progression. The only question is: When will Bioware mention what's next?
