10 Worst Power-Ups In Gaming History

2. Zombait - Dead Rising

Sometimes you’ll see an item in a game and wonder why it exists. Take the Zombait blended drink in Dead Rising, for example.

Perhaps it's a punishment for mixing the wrong ingredients. So what if we didn’t go to bartender school, a drink is a drink, and frankly, I wanted the one that gives me super speed.

What you don’t want is a power-up drink that makes zombies want to attack you even more than before. If you really take a step back, it's not even like you can excuse Zombait for a developer trying to make a good power-up which simply has no context to be used.

It’s a drink that puts you in more danger and I wouldn’t mind it if I could think of a legitimate instance where it comes in handy. Farming, maybe. That is, if a player wanted to grind kill count achievements or experience points, it might speed up the process. Though, now you’ve got to stock up on cheap brand power-up before you begin. I just really don’t know why Zombait exists.
