11 Times Video Game DLC Lost Its Mind
6. Resident Evil 7 - 21
Okay, so this is part of a much bigger DLC package, but it remains so unique that it demands the attention.
The family that haunt your during the campaign each have their own unique and disgusting personalities, but Lucas is the most interesting. Embedding a Jigsaw-esque person, he places you through many Saw inspired situations throughout the story, and 21 is another one of those.
Strapping you to a chair against another helpless opponent, Lucas draws the cards and forces you into his twisted game. The winner gets to go free, the loser receives unimaginable pain, followed by death. And so, the game commences.
Each round gets consistently more elaborate with a plethora of torture devices at his disposal to push you both further and further to madness. It’s brutal, sickening, but strangely addictive.
While I would never condone the actions of a madman, the whole setup is extremely impressive - if not stomach churning.
