4. Super Mario 3D World
This is official 3D Mario game is quite possibly one of the best reasons to actually own a Wii U this year - and God knows Nintendo haven't given us many other incentives. Although it originally looked like it lacked the panache of Super Mario Galaxy (which was superb), 3D World has been praised by many different game critics who have had the time to sit down and play it. The latest trailer, which showed off Nintendo's great level design, the incredible new duplicate cherry and cat powerups and showed us how four player Mario works in a 3D environment all are valid reasons for why this one should be on your list. Brush off the dust on your Wii U my friends - Mario is popping by to save the day on November 22nd 2013.
