Afterwards, Niko drops the ladies off at home, but just as they start getting out of the car, it takes off vertically like a spaceship. You can imagine Karen and Michelle were clinging on for dear life before plummeting to the ground below with a grunt, before Niko's car comically follows up to land on theirs heads. Unbelievably, they get up and walk away unharmed, making you realise that it's just a big joke! Oh, Niko, you and your zany sense of humour; the old 'car on head' joke is like the Balkan war-criminal equivalent of driving a hundred yards down the road when your friend tries to get in the car. Classic!
