Spawning in minions of previous boss characters the player needs to defeat before they can even square off against him? Check. Being invulnerable to stun attacks? Look at this unit, of course he can't be staggered. One-hit kills that will nullify any progress you might be making? Present. And. Accounted. For.

All of this frustrating, broken cheapness is made even worse because the design and look of the battle itself is exactly what fans wanted out of a fight with the world-devouring tyrant.

For all its problems, Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 looked utterly gorgeous, but while the first sighting of Galactus might have initially inspired awe, after an hour or so of throwing yourself at a brick wall, you didn't want to see the pink menace ever again.
