1. "An Elegant Weapon..." - Halo: Reach

As Han posited in A New Hope, "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side". Fitting, as Halo: Reach locks one of its achievements around offing 10 enemies with the Designated Marksman Rifle (DMR).

The name itself, "An Elegant Weapon..." is a callback to the very first time the audience sees a lightsaber, to which Obi-Wan says, "It is an elegant weapon from a more civilised age."

What do you think? Lightsabers or blasters?

We know where Halo's developers stand, as they could've easily tied this into kills with the Energy Sword instead. So uncivilised...
