13 Best Star Wars Video Games Of All Time

Although the original Lego Star Wars games are recognised as classics of the previous generation, it's the most recent Force Awakens title that stands out as the shining example of what the sub-franchise has to offer.

Focusing on one film rather than spreading itself thin across a whole trilogy, the most recent Lego Star Wars featured the same gameplay that the series has perfected over the past ten years, only this time around there was a heavier emphasis on third-person shooting and action set pieces than ever before.

Filling in some of the gaps that the movie didn't answer (if you ever wanted to know how C-3PO received his red arm or how Captain Phasma escaped Starkiller Base, you can find out here), the title was loving recreation of the new Star Wars universe.

It helped that a good chunk of the cast from the movie returned to voice their characters in the game too, ensuring that the title felt even more like an integral tie-in to The Force Awakens.
