News broke a few weeks ago that Konami has begun blacklisting its former employees, particularly those who have gone on to work for Hideo Kojima's new company Kojima Productions.

Moreover, Konami is reportedly pressuring other companies not to hire ex-employees, in what seems to be a highly vindictive move to fire one last shot at Kojima and anyone who has worked with him.

In addition, former Konami employees are not allowed to put their experience at the company on their CVs, wholly compounding the considerable hatred many gamers already have for them after the Metal Gear Solid V debacle and their subsequent treatment of Kojima.

At least with their intense focus on mobile gaming and pachinko machines these days, it's damn easy for players to vote with their wallets.
