Lisa Trevor is the daughter of the architect who built the Arklay Mansion - the iconic setting of the original Resident Evil.

When Lisa and her mother visit the mansion, they are imprisoned and experimented upon by Umbrella’s scientists. Lisa’s mother dies early on, while Lisa survives for three decades, growing feral and inhuman having been infected with every strain of virus Umbrella had developed to date; this research leads to the discovery of the G-Virus.

Lisa appears as a hunched-over and emaciated woman who is wearing the faces of several scientists who posed as her family in an attempt to placate her. When she realised the deception she tore off their faces in a fit of rage.

Lisa is more an obstacle than an enemy and will usually make an appearance to add pressure to players while they’re solving a puzzle. She can be incapacitated with enough firepower, but she’ll revive after a short time so is best avoided.
