Finally, the industry listened to us. This has been the year where developers finally learnt that developers really don't care if someone famous is on stage. They don't want some big YouTuber presenting the show; they want the developers and the people in the industry.
You can argue about the stage presence of the developers, but when it comes to information on the game, everyone would rather it came from the horse's mouth. And now that we are seeing fewer and fewer internet personalities pushing games, we can breathe a sigh of relief.
Of course, EA still needs to learn this lesson... Then again, EA needs to learn a lot of lessons.
