4. Changing The Colours Of Your Pokémon
Have you ever wished that your Pokémon were a little more unique? Well, you can actually alter the colour of your Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Blue by giving them certain nicknames and transferring them to Pokémon Stadium. A Pikachu named PIKA will appear orange; likewise, a Pikachu nicknamed pikachu (lower case) will be more greenish. There are bigger changes too; nicknaming a Haunter 'HAUNT-ER' will make it dark blue, nicknaming a Hitmonchan 'CHAN-MON' will turn it green, and nicknaming an Exeggcute 'EXECUTENZA' will make it purple with red yolk. Most of these changes will vary slightly depending on your trainer ID - which is unique to each individual player; meaning that there are probably variations that no ones even found yet.
