1. No Man's Sky

In the years to come, today's families will tell stories of The Great Disappointment. The game that promised us a universe, yet delivered nothing more than a few nicely coloured mountains.

The game that was hyped into something impossible, headed up by one man who said things he surely believed at the time, but that inevitably destroyed all he built upon launch.

Murray, they called him. Sean Murray. Some say he was a follower of Molyneuxism, but that was only ever inferred. All we'll come to know, is that when every paid-for voice in the industry tells the masses a particular title is "going to change everything", all it ever succeeds in doing is redefining hatred online.
