2. Ivory Tower – Halo 2
What's not to love about this map, it suited so many different game types it was unreal. Whether it was One Flag CTF, Team Deathmatch or even the unofficial Zombie mode (which turned into an official game type of Infection in later titles), there was endless replay value for this map. The little sneaky shortcuts you could make to throw grenades cross-map and the elevator that was the focal point to reach the top floor to grab that sniper rifle. Don't forget the rocket launcher in the water, or the sword underground to slice and dice your foes.
Halo fans will have nothing but fond memories for Ivory Tower, and competitively it's very balanced, with multiple access points to all parts of the map, camping is likely to get you killed by grenades more often than not.
