15 Times Video Games Mocked You For Earning Achievements

Just as Halo wanted you to know there's nothing worse than a camper, multiple sports games out there are determined to tell you there's nothing worse than a quitter.

There's no two series that take quitting more seriously than FIFA and NHL 2K. It is their mission to let the world know about those who have no pride. In NHL 2K7 and 2K8 there are achievements called "Quitter!" for quitting 10 online multiplayer matches. In the eyes of 2K, there is nothing more important than letting the hockey community know those who ran with their tail between their legs multiple times.

In the FIFA series, you're not being shunned for simply quitting, but for quitting them while losing. The achievements "Bad Loser" and "Shameful" come from quitting 5 matches when losing in FIFA 10 and 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. For some reason FIFA in 2010 just really had enough of people's quitting ways.

To add insult to injury, all these achievements are worth 0G. Dishing out the lesson that quitting should never be rewarded, but damn is it going to be mocked.
