2. Kool-Aid Man - Kool-Aid

It's weird that anyone thought that the Atari 2600 was a good place to market anything. The console is definitely iconic and important to the development of video games as a medium but it's hard to even create rudimentary images on the thing.

Why did companies think they could use it to portray their brand in a flattering light?

Kool-Aid couldn’t wait for something better to come along though so we got Kool-Aid Man for the Atari 2600.

The game puts you in control of the Kool-Aid Man as you stop characters known as the Thirsties from drinking all of the water. That's it. It's not good but to be honest it doesn't play any worse than 99% of the other games available on the system.

You could probably kill around ten minutes playing it which is longer than you could do for many Atari 2600 games.

If you wanted a slightly more advanced Kool-Aid Man game then the Intellivision had you covered.

The game's Intellivision version puts you in control of a couple of kids as you make yourself some Kool-Aid. It's definitely more advanced but it's just as mediocre as its Atari counterpart.

Has a degree in video game development. Is kinda addicted to video games, television, and films. Probably needs some help, to be honest.
