This one is less 'forgotten WWE games inclusion' and more 'oh yeah, he was in WWE for a bit, wasn't he'?

Austin Aries, upon joining WWE in 2016, didn't make the base roster cut, instead featuring in WWE 2K17's Future Stars DLC pack alongside the Good Brothers, Tye Dillinger, and Mojo Rawley, marking Aries' sole WWE games appearance. He was already released by the time of WWE 2K18's release, leaving the company in June 2017.

He leaves behind him nothing more than a solid-looking corner Roaring Elbow animation. Cheers, Austin.
