18 Best Video Game Moments Of 2015

1. Hideo Kojima Signing With Sony

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=annuTcmB1rw Mentioned at the Video Game Awards and forever a dark cloud over the latter half of 2015, Konami's treatment of its staff and in particular Hideo Kojima, finally saw light at the end of the tunnel when his contract expired in December. No sooner had that date passed that a new logo for Kojima Productions appeared online, with a very respectful "Welcome to Sony"-style video featuring CEO Andrew House speaking fluent Japanese as Kojima announced he'd be making a new property exclusively for PlayStation. It felt like a homecoming, the breath of relaxed air we've needed for months of watching Kojima get denied access to accepting awards for his own games from the corporate overlords. Now that he's back on Sony turf, you can expect endless cash thrown his way to bring to life every idea he's had for the last 28 years - and considering he wanted to be done with Metal Gear after the second instalment, there's going to be a TON to see.
