18 Hugely Anticipated Video Games That Must Be At E3 2015
10. Persona 5
If you're anything of an RPG fan, chances are you've already purchased Persona 4 - the generation-behind masterpiece from developer Atlus who even though they put it out on the PS2 after the next set of consoles were in full swing, still made one hell of an impact, making them a force to be reckoned with. A turn-based RPG in the strictest sense, P4 was the one that really seemed to take off, garnering an audience of Let's Play'ers on Youtube that walked tens of thousands of viewers through its loveable take on a series of high schoolers becoming embroiled in a murder-mystery tale, whilst also factoring in a trans-dimensional portal and all the beasties therein. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPqSkzNNPIg So far the trailer for P5 looks spectacular, with a gorgeously animated style that'll surely bring a whole new cast of characters to life in more ways than one. With any luck the brilliantly eastern sense of humour will be out in force again, and with just the right amount of real-world escapist thrills and a combat system that rewards taking your time and plotting a few steps ahead, it's the perfect mesh of old and new school sensibilities that genre diehards will love.
