19 WTF Moments From Quantum Break

13. The Ridiculous "End Of Act" Music

We say the game takes itself too seriously too often, but then, there's no way anyone could listen to the game's "End of Act..." music and honestly think it was, at least in that moment.

These TV-like segues into the live-action epsiodes include the likes of The Black Keys' It's Up To You Now and Toto's Africa, which again feel totally at odds with a ridiculously self-regarding story that couldn't feel much more straight-faced if it tried.

The suddenly arrival of these tunes is welcome but at the same time completely jarring, just as the juxtaposition of gameplay and live-action has us asking: is it supposed to be Inception or a B-movie? Quantum Break definitely has a bit of an identity crisis and schizophrenic feel in this regard.
