With full upgrades, the single pistol can be turned into dual-wielded guns that shoot exploding bullets, allowing you to flood the entire battlefield with miniature grenades and destroy every enemy in sight.

Best of all, the fully upgraded 45 Shepherd is just as fun, if not more fun, to use than the actual gag weapons, because, let's be real, nothing can beat a near-infinite supply of explosions.
