20 Infuriating Video Game Bosses Nobody Beat First Time

16. Radec (Killzone 2)

Radec is another video game boss who can devolve into a drawn out slog if you let it. Preferring to attack you from afar, the General is fine with sending grunts to face off with you in his place, who draw you out into the open so the boss himself can pick you off when you€™re vulnerable. The trick is to not let these Helghast get too close to your character while not relying too much on the small amounts of cover present in the combat area. If you can keep on the move while keeping an eye on any approaching grunts trying to rush you then you might just find the chance to get a few shots off at the boss himself, which will have him pull away from his assault for a few moments, allowing the player a small space of breathing room. Unfortunately, like Raam, Radec was another case of learning a routine and absolutely perfecting it. Getting the balance between suppressing the boss himself, dodging oncoming fire by constantly moving to the right cover and keeping the approaching Helghast at bay all became absolutely essential if you didn€™t want to end up being riddled with incoming fire.
