20 Most Powerful Video Game Weapons Ever

15. The Home Run Bat (Super Smash Bros.)

The saying goes that less is more. Well, sometimes that "less" in question is actually a whole lot of "more" in disguise and ready to smack you in the face! With that in mind, here's the home run bat from Super Smash Bros.

After coming off of Bayonetta and Dead Rising, it might seem weird putting a simple baseball bat. Or at least it would seem weird to those who have never played Super Smash Bros. or to those who think Smash Bros. isn't a fighting game. But those souls are better off lost, if you ask me, rather than infecting civilized society with their madness and stupidity. But for those of you who HAVE played the game, you know exactly why the Home Run Bat is here. It knocks bastards into sub-orbit with one hit.

Rev up a good hit and you can practically knock a character out of the entire game with one blow. And the best part is that it isn't a one and done ability like the smash ball - where if you miss, that's that - it's a weapon you can constantly use. And if you're a smart professional player, you probably make it a point to get your hands on this beast the minute it shows up.
