20 Most Powerful Video Game Weapons Ever

16. Excavator (Dead Rising)

Essentially being Dawn Of The Dead if the characters therein would just stop whining and get to the fun of it, Dead Rising takes the setup of being trapped in a mall filled with zombies and runs with it until it's two countries over. Literally everything you find in this gigantic, sprawling mall can be used to put the undead back in the ground where they belong. The excavator is one such method, but only if you don't mind the cleanup afterward.

The excavator, as you can surmise from the name, is primarily a construction tool. But in the world of Dead Rising, where the idea of "construction" and "building things in a reasonable manner and following OSHA regulations" gets you laughed at and called a silly nerd, the excavator is an all powerful gore machine that goes through zombies like so many bell peppers in a blender.

If you need a particularly unique battering ram, shove the excavator through a zombie's chest cavity and spin the zombie around at a hundred RPM while still on the excavator, and then run full clip toward a horde of zombies with the other zombie still attached.

And this is why everyone loves Dead Rising.
