7. It Feels More Like A Port Than A Sequel - Splatoon 2
Why It Might Suck: One of the more common murmurs following the Splatoon 2 announcement was that it basically looks exactly like the first game, and considering how few people actually own a Wii U, the game could very well be a stealth port of the original game with a few different colours and a couple of new weapons.
While that's great for those who never played it, it's more than a little lazy, especially as there are so many ways to build on the original game's concept.
Why It Might Not: Remember that the first Splatoon released an absolute avalanche of free DLC content, so hopefully this sequel won't rest on its laurels either, but that's all we've got, really. Gameplay looks business as usual for the most part.
