1. Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator

The simulator genre is hugely popular these days, and so it's genuinely surprising that it's taken until 2025 for a paramedic sim to arrive on the scene.

And though Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator was developed by Aesir Interactive, the same team behind the acclaimed Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, the marketing definitely suggested that this was going to be a more slipshod, unvarnished production.

And that it was, given that the game is defined by its rickety vehicular physics and controls, frustrating abundance of bugs, clunky interface, poor AI, and listless feeling of repetition.

Though Aesir could've whipped the game into shape following its woeful launch that doesn't seem to have happened, leaving many feeling that the developer rushed this one out after their cop sim was such a huge success.

The potential was definitely there, and it wouldn't be remotely surprising to see another studio release a far more successful take on the paramedic sim, but this one just ain't it.
