Fallout 4 delves pretty deeply into the idea of whys and wherefores of synthesised humans and the rights they'd supposedly have, should they be able to accurately mimic every other aspect of human life - but it's not the first time that's been done this decade. Instead, Binary Domain - the only other game Sega's Yakuza team would work on in the past few years - tackles that subject matter in a brilliantly fun way, occasionally turning on a dime to throw in all sorts of morally grey scenarios. Gunplay is a straight riff on Gears of War's stop n' pop cover system, but it's purely in service of starting things out as a more basic shooter, before then posing The Thing-like questions of who can you actually trust, prompting the worry that the person next to you is really who (or what) you think. It might not have the best gameplay out there, but if you get a kick out of Terminator-style mech combat and Blade Runner moral quandaries, this will be right up your alley.
