23 New Stadiums In FIFA 19
9. Estadio de Mendizorroza (Deportivo Alavés)
Villarreal's home is only slightly bigger than Deportivo Alavés' Estadio de Mendizorroza. It's the penultimate La Liga going under the microscope in EA's new game, and it's another that's only there due to the dev's desire to squeeze every Spanish stadium they can on-disc.
Apart from the pesky Camp Nou, obviously and unfortunately.
Another oldie, de Mendizorroza broke ground in 1924, was opened shortly thereafter and then tarted up in 1999 to give it a more modern look. The traditional terraces remain visible in the end stands.
