2. Metro: Last Light
Want to play Metro Last Light in "the way it was meant to be played"? Well, then you'll have to open your wallet once more for the privilege of experiencing Ranger Mode, a super-hard, realistic mode for all you fans who think you can hack it. Quite simply in this case, there is absolutely no reason why Ranger Mode shouldn't have been included for all Last Light players. It was originally offered as an incentive to buy the Special Edition of the game, which is fair cop, but if it is indeed the way Metro Last Light "was meant to be played", surely the game is sub-par for everyone else. You can buy Ranger Mode right now on the online platform of your choosing, but this controversy does show a nasty evolution of the DLC phenomena. Are we really paying extra for higher difficulty levels now?
