Because why not celebrate a few of the smaller performances that make us scratch our heads? The Spanish Guard: Remember in Metal Gear Solid 2 when Revolver Ocelot walks up behind that guard in the tanker, and then shoots him in the face at point-blank range? Why did he have a Spanish accent? It's supposed to be Russian, comrade! Is he the one they call ridiculous? Who could forget the scene in Metal Gear Solid 2 where Fortune blows away SEAL Team Six on the connecting bridge? They move in to position and start firing at her, but as one of them declares, "This is impossible, nothing will hit her!", to which our friend replies with a single question, "Is she the one they call Fortune?" Now, there may be a more ridiculous voice portrayal of a Navy SEAL sniper somewhere in the world, but I wouldn't know where to find it. The President of Bad Acting: This one almost deserves to be on the big list. In Metal Gear Solid 3, we hear a lengthy phone conversation between President Johnson and Chairman Khrushchev regarding the defection of The Boss to the USSR. It's supposed to be a tense, critical moment in the Metal Gear history, when the plans to send Big Boss to kill his mentor were first arranged, but the guy who plays Johnson is just embarrassing. It drags down the scene, and makes it forgettable.
