6 Dumbest Ways Video Game Publishers Tried To Get Your Money

2. Mass Effect: Andromeda's Special Edition Not Including The Game

NOMAD ND1
EA

We know. Mass Effect: Andromeda wasn't great overall. People were suitably and justifiably excited, only to be let down by a mediocre experience and that facial animation. One other huge blunder made by EA was the Nomad ND1 'Collectors Edition' of the game.

We've seen hundreds of various special editions of games over the years, and pretty much each and every one, irrelevant of how basic or flamboyant they are, have a copy of the relevant game bundled in. But for some peculiar reason, not this one.

This edition would set you back a moderate £60, and since it's branded as a 'Mass Effect: Andromeda Collectors Edition' and has a steelbook in tow, you'd be safe to assume a copy of the game would be yours along with the remote control plastic tat.

On various video game retailer's sites you could even choose which platform to purchase this product for. Baffling.
