5. Elite Force

Voyager is one of the most maligned incarnations of Star Trek, so it's surprising to see that it spawned one of the best reviewed Star Trek games ever. Despite being an FPS, Elite Force managed to ground itself well in the context of Star Trek by casting the protagonist as part of a special team of security officers known as a Hazard Team. When Voyager gets stuck in starship graveyard, it's up to the Hazard team to defend Voyager from the hostile groups preying on new ships in the region. Developed with the id Tech 3 engine used in Quake III: Arena, Elite Force's graphics are definitely the most dated element of the game. With its 32 player multiplayer capability and the ability to affect the outcome of scripted sequences, Elite Force is still comparable or superior to the modern wave of FPSes in some aspects. Although the story is short, it's far superior to the majority of Voyager's televised outings, making it a no-brainer for the HD remaster treatment.
