6. Legendary Ships - Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Some of the greatest times I've had in Ubisoft's supposed stealth-em-up have been anything but quiet. Instead of sneaking through darkened hallways on the hunt of a neck to plunge a blade into, I was laughing my ass off to the sounds of canons and roaring waves on the seas of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, which arguably is the closest Ubi has come to nailing naval combat. Which is just as well, seeing how integral it is to the story.
However, if you think for a hot second that you're going to rule the high seas uncontested, then you've got another thing coming. Five things actually, in the form of legendary ships. These will put a shiver in your timber because not only are they incredibly hard to beat, each of them has a unique stipulation to their encounter. The HMS Fearless and The Royal Sovereign for example will attack you both at the same time, and El Impoluto will literally ram you into oblivion, making outmaneuvering it absolutely key.
You will need to be on the top of your game to even stand a chance of taking on these mighty ships, as more likely than not you'll be cleaning more drowned seamen off your poop deck than... well, let's not finish that sentence.
