1. You Weren’t Supposed To Do That - Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

This one is a great example of not only proving you’re way too good at the game, you literally break it as a result, and can no longer progress.

At one point in the level Invisible Bear, you’re faced with a bunch of Russian foes in an airport hanger but some players have reported that they were actually able to kill off the bad guys before they could sound the alarm, and as a result the level becomes impossible to complete as the story can’t progress.

The only way out of this one is to restart from an earlier checkpoint and let them react before you do all the killing, which will then trigger the sequential on-rails section that ends the level.
