8 Times Horror Icons Appeared In Video Games

Now I could have easily just put Dracula or The Mummy from Castlevania on this list but you know what? The fearsome fanged foe has had enough time in the....sun? And The Mummy has had it's own slew of video games, but old Frankie here? He's not had much of a chance to shine.

And to be honest it was quite shocking to actually see Frankenstein or Frankensteins Monster if you want to get technical about it, show up in Castlevania. It's like Dracula was having a Universal Pictures movie party that Simon Belmont is just crashing for the laughs.

However you won't be laughing when battling Frankenstein, because while the big boy is slow, he's not alone. Igor will jump around the stage in some truly horrible patterns and will absolutely brutalise your health pool. There are ways to cheese this pair but if you're in the dark this terrifying gruesome twosome will absolutely have your life.

Still great to see him getting work after the run of movies dried up, and his movements are much less stilted here than his acting in Van Helsing.
