8 Video Game Remakes That Need To Happen (And What They Should Fix)

4. Red Dead Revolver - Online Multiplayer

While Red Dead Redemption 2 might be all that cowpokes and cattle rustlers are talking about nowadays thanks to the almighty success the title earned thanks to it's impeccable single player narrative and outstanding online multiplayer offerring, let's not forget that the series once game from very different roots.

Red Dead Revolver didn't have a fancy open world map, it didn't centre on a man monologing his way through the Wild West, and instead presented an arcade shooter filled with cliches and crazy characters in abundance.

It was the sort of shooting gallery game that Rockstar would distance themselves from with the GTA series, but that's not to say the game wasn't out and out brilliant.

In fact with a bit of spit and polish Red's story of revenge could be the perfect sorbet experience, from the "oh christ where do I even begin?"-style of gameplay the current titles offer. This is clear, scripted run and gun fun, and comes coupled with a suprisingly fun multiplayer mode, which offers up my one request to make this a perfect remaster.

Take the action online.

With over 45 characters each offering a different loadout and special attack, this could be an absolute riot online.
