Without a shadow of a doubt Final Fantasy VII's Vincent is one of the coolest party members that... you might never get. You see, this tasty Vampire with a penchant for pistols is a hidden party member that the player can find hidden in the basement of the Shinra mansion.

Through finding hidden codes, opening safes and even battling a boss called The Lost Number you'll finally get the chance to wake up this coffin-loving character, and trust me, it's worth every bit of effort as his Limit Break turns him into different monsters each of which give him access to powerful moves and spells.

So of course you'll want to unlock his final weapon and limit break right? Well as Lujack Shaw points out this is an incredibly frustrating process as you need to actively go against your inner programming to get it. First you'll need a submarine, and then you'll need to find The Crystal Cave, a hidden location on the map, then after you've gone in you'll get some more information on Vincent's past.

And then... nothing.

Oh. Well I guess we better leave then?

Turns out you have to defeat 10 enemies in random battles in the local area and then return to the cave. Only then will you be rewarded with Vincent's final weapon AND his awesome looking Chaos final Limit Break. However, if you didn't think to return, well, sorry pal, you've missed out big time.
