8 WWE Video Game Moments That Were Flat Out Weird

3. Zombie Santino Marella (SmackDown vs. Raw 2009)

Long before THQ decided that Druid Battle Royals should be a thing, they were playing around with zombification in SmackDown vs. Raw 2009.

This time, players take control of The Undertaker and stop a faction called the "Nu-School" (how hip and happening) from ending his WrestleMania winning streak. They do so by turning opponents like Santino Marella and Finlay into zombies that work for him.

Ignore the fact that Finlay, an ageing veteran, is in a stable called "Nu School" for a second, because that's the least alarming thing here. The Boogeyman, of all people, runs the group and ends up powerless as 'Taker uses his magical skills to turn Santino or Finlay green mid-match and have them switch sides.

Somehow, Kane is shoe-horned into the story too and becomes an enforcer for Boogey's motley crew. Don't worry though, because Katie Vick doesn't make an appearance.
