9 Delayed Video Games We Can't Wait To Play In 2015

8. Battlefield: Hardline

It's hard to sing the praises of a major franchise that even though they're backed by a company who sweats dollar bills can't seem to release a product that works fine at launch, or even months afterwards - still Battlefield 4 succeeded despite all its faults in the eyes of most. Contending Call of Duty's crown was one thing, and capitalising on last year's Ghosts gave both EA and B4 the push it needed to excel especially when most of us were latching onto the idea that COD had gotten stale, and so with the next Battlefield we're not getting a main instalment, but instead a pretty poignant left-turn into a campaign-heavy police drama replete with Payday 2-style heists. Playing as both cops and robbers looks like awesome fun, although we question how many times we can run the same set-piece-filled missions with friends if they're as reliant on big-budget thrills as the trailer would have us believe. This had the general aura of DLC being released as a full-price product initially, but somewhat thanks to the delay that's been put in place, along with EA showing off cutscenes to do with their single player mission-set, we're assuming this is a much bigger deal than any of us initially thought. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYadiz2pH9Q
