Batman Arkham: Court Of Owls - 10 Characters That MUST Appear

Killer Moth has technically appeared in the video game universe once - in the Arkham Knight prequel comic, wherein he tries (and fails) to kill Commissioner Gordon.

While this doesn't immediately sound wildly interesting, it avoids mentioning a particularly unusual part of the plot, where Killer Moth attempts to use the public execution of the Commissioner to advertise his mercenary services.

The idea of the supervillain attempting to take down public figures for his own reputation would actually make for a super interesting section of the game. Much in the same way Zsasz randomly kidnapped people, a side quest where Killer Moth attempts to assassinate famous individuals does sound like something that could actually happen in the game.

Also, the potential for it to all end with the villain trying to kill Bruce Wayne is way too good to not hope it gets a feature sometime in the future.
