Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Huge Plot Details Revealed In February 2015
4. Joker Still Has Some Life In Him
You just knew they weren't going to leave this alone - at least that's what Rocksteady went on record saying - instead DC scribe Peter Tomasi is heading up the three-part comic, as it looks like that loophole in "Joker's definitely dead"-based statements is letting DC have all manner of fan-teasing fun with the character. The first issue of Arkham Knight ends with Joker's autopsy, and right off the bat (ha!) you knew something was up. Turns out Joker's infected skin from City doubles up as a whole new layer atop his real flesh, letting him pack a USB drive in his chest that then launches Joker gas and incapacitates the autopsy crew. While this doesn't mean the Joker is still alive - and it's highly doubtful Batman is going to defeat him all over again within a two-issue arc - it's one hell of a stinger to finish on, and confirms that although the Clown Prince isn't as active as he once was, he's still got plenty things set up post-mortem to mess with everyone's head.
