Batman: Arkham Knight - 10 Insane Fan Theories That Would Go Down In History

7. The Trojan Horse

In the second part of Rocksteady's released gameplay previews, fans were given a big treat of seeing the newly redesigned Poison Ivy take to the streets with some extremely sassy dialogue, but it was pretty clear that something wasn't as it seemed. Ivy's relatively easy capture was one that was out of character for the self-proclaimed defender of Mother Nature, and though it's apparent she's supposedly on the run from the Arkham Knight's forces, there's a fairly big possibility that she's actually in cahoots with the fearsome Dr. Crane after all. This theory certainly holds the most weight out of all the others. Not only would Ivy's Trojan Horse like assault on the GCPD be a great turn of events for Knight's plot, it would add some much needed tension of placing Gordon and the rest of the GCPD right in the firing line of the all-out war engulfing Gotham City. Ivy's loyalties could be with anyone, but this betrayal more than any would benefit the story the most.
