3. Red Hood Is The Arkham Knight
Another entry, another Arkham Knight prediction - but this has certainly been the most popular of them all. In many ways, Jason Todd fits the MO of the Arkham Knight fairly well - at least in the immediate aftermath of his resurrection. They both have a grudge against Batman, they both use firearms to achieve their aims, and they can also hold their own against the pointy-eared crime fighter as well. Todd would also be vulnerable to Scarecrow's influence too - explaining why he'd be happy to be one of Crane's underlings throughout the duration of Knight's plot. A recent redesign for Red Hood's helmet in the Arkhamverse also
caused a stir when its shape was extremely similar to that of the Arkham Knight's. Whilst it would be a huge deviation from the established Batman lore, Rocksteady could pull off something spectacular by offering their own take on the return of one of Batman's biggest failures.

He started his own podcast, We Love Dad Movies, in 2022, and has contributed several written pieces to the Eisner-nominated comics website Shelfdust as well.
In his current role, Ewan incorporates his love of cinema, comic books, and history into written pieces and video essays for WhatCulture's Film & TV channel, as well as WhatCulture Gaming and WhatCulture Horror, with a particular focus on nineties-era Dad Movies, old school Westerns, and Golden Age Hollywood Noir. John Carpenter is his fave, and he thinks Batman Beyond should never have been cancelled. If that's your vibe, you'll probably like his stuff.
